The ideal candidate must have 10+ years of technology experience, strong programming skills in languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript, and demonstrated experience in technical writing and public speaking. You should have a solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle, DevOps, and CI/CD practices, with a proven track record of presenting technical subjects to audiences.
