Sonar is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to manage global payroll, employee lifecycle administration, and HR processes. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of HR operations experience, with strong administrative skills and the ability to support a fast-paced, multinational technology company.
As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing comprehensive global payroll processes across various geographic locations and employment setups, including handling permanent employees, contractors, and complex payroll requirements.
The role requires extensive experience in HR administration, with proven skills in compliance, risk management, and employee support. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in managing administrative HR lifecycle tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, work permits, visa management, and maintaining accurate employee records across international contexts.
