Job description
Sonar seeks an Onboarding Specialist to guide customers through SonarQube implementation, ensuring smooth integration and customer success. The ideal candidate will have customer-facing experience in technical roles, understanding software development workflows and cloud solutions.
The primary responsibility involves guiding customers through SonarQube onboarding, providing expert technical support, configuring integrations, and ensuring customers maximize the platform's value in their development processes.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of customer-facing experience, strong understanding of software development practices, excellent communication skills, and ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly. Knowledge of DevOps tools and cloud-based solutions is advantageous.
