Requires minimum 3-5 years of relevant compliance experience in banking, with expert understanding of EU and German regulatory frameworks. Must demonstrate ability to work in matrix organizations, engage stakeholders across multiple countries, and possess strong English language skills. German language skills are advantageous. Expertise in payment regulations and financial industry regulatory frameworks is critical.
