Job description
A curriculum designer role at Standard Chartered Bank focusing on developing digital learning solutions for Professional Excellence, requiring strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders in the banking industry.
This role involves working closely with Professional Excellence Curriculum Managers and business stakeholders to develop and deliver high-quality digital learning solutions for the bank. The primary responsibilities include interpreting learning requirements, managing learning projects, supporting external vendor management, and ensuring effective communication and training delivery across the organization.
Ideal candidates should have proven project management experience, preferably in banking, with excellent communication and organizational skills. Required experience includes dealing with various training contributors, demonstrating strong relationship-building abilities, and having the flexibility to engage stakeholders across different time zones. Knowledge of CFCC policies and hands-on experience in learning management are preferable.
