The ideal candidate must possess deep understanding of UK, Basel, and international regulatory rules for IRRBB, comprehensive knowledge of banking book financial products, and expertise in financial markets products used to manage interest rate risk. Formal financial qualifications such as chartered accountant, CFA, or other Treasury-related qualifications are advantageous.
