Job description
TD Bank is seeking an experienced operations professional to manage complex transactions, support customer service, and drive operational excellence in a Personal & Commercial Banking environment. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle escalated operational issues while maintaining high service quality standards.
As a Lead Operations Officer, your primary responsibilities include executing complex transactions accurately, monitoring daily workflow, providing operational support, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements. You will investigate process exceptions, validate transaction information, and support partners with incoming transactions across various operational functions.
Candidates must possess an undergraduate degree or 3+ years of relevant experience in banking operations. Essential skills include advanced knowledge of operational functions, regulatory requirements, risk management, and the ability to work within broad parameters involving multiple systems and jurisdictions. Strong analytical capabilities, critical thinking, and the capacity to provide process guidance are crucial for success in this role.
