As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for driving strategic change initiatives across global operations teams, providing hands-on input during problem statement articulation, planning, and execution phases of change projects. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop and execute change delivery activities aligned with Global Operations and Business Services frameworks.
The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in Capital Market Operations, with comprehensive working knowledge of product lifecycle in Commodities, FX, Derivatives, or Fixed Income. Strong analytical skills, prioritization abilities, and the capacity to problem-solve creatively are essential. You should demonstrate a proven track record of delivering results and managing multiple work streams efficiently.
