Primary responsibilities include training on funding and money market settlement, understanding trading flows, processing TDBEL security and cash settlements, resolving trade exceptions through communication with clients and internal teams, completing daily reconciliations, managing customer inquiries, building strong relationships across operations and sales teams, participating in fixed income projects, and identifying process improvement opportunities.
Required experience includes demonstrated ability to maintain high standards in fast-paced environments, impeccable analytical skills for root cause identification, excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities, strong organizational and time management skills, and capability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders including front office and senior operations colleagues.
