As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex office design and renovation projects from initial client briefing through to project completion. Your primary responsibilities include meeting clients to understand their space requirements, developing detailed project budgets, organizing tender procedures, comparing offers, and issuing orders. You will be the key point of contact on-site, supervising work progress, monitoring budgets and timelines, and reporting directly to clients.
The role requires a professional with substantial experience in project management, preferably with a background in interior architecture or engineering. You must have fluent language skills in English, Dutch, and French, and be comfortable with technical building aspects including HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.
