Job description
Wellington Management seeks an experienced Relationship Manager in London to manage a large and complex book of assigned clients. The ideal candidate will proactively lead client engagements, drive relationship management, and deliver exceptional service across the organization's institutional client base.
Primary responsibilities include independently leading client engagements, understanding their investment needs, providing high-level service expertise, and hosting client meetings. The role involves managing a complex portfolio of institutional clients, proactively analyzing performance data, investment characteristics, and risk profiles while serving as a central point of contact internally and externally.
The successful candidate will have 10+ years of relevant professional experience, a strong academic background (preferably with a CFA or progress towards one), expertise in managing large territories, excellent communication skills, and demonstrable leadership experience. Candidates must possess an innovative growth mindset, ability to operate under pressure, and proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and Outlook.
