Required experience includes 3+ years in technical customer-facing roles, strong understanding of cloud services and security architectures, familiarity with container technologies, and strong problem-solving skills. Candidates should have CSP level certifications, proven track record of building enterprise client relationships, and excellent communication skills. A B.S. in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred.
